Shipment Tracking
To keep you informed about when to expect your shipment, you will receive an automatic email after your goods have been shipped. This email contains your personal tracking number, which allows you to track the status of your delivery on our logistics partners' websites (DHL/GLS/Hermes).
If you can’t find the email with your tracking number or have accidentally deleted it, our customer service is happy to assist you. Please have your order number ready.
What are the shipping costs?
All purchases made on the official website of Lzwing Trading B.V can only be delivered within Germany. We offer free shipping for all orders.
When will my items arrive?
We typically require 1 day to process your order, and the estimated arrival time is within 5 days after ordering. We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If there are any delays, we will inform you promptly via email.
Returns & Exchanges
Consideration Period/Return
There may be instances where you want to return an order, perhaps because you don’t like the product or for any other reason. For whatever reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without providing any reasons.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. We will cover the costs of returning the item to us. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to LZWIN Trading B.V with all accompanying accessories, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We will then refund the amount due within 7 days, provided the item has been returned in good condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary for testing the product, we may pass this depreciation on to you. Therefore, please handle the product carefully and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.
Exchange
Want to exchange your product? No problem at all. You can contact us at contact@lzwin.de. However, you will bear the costs of returning the product.

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Return Rules
To return an item, you can contact us via email at contact@lzwin.de, and we will provide you with a return label.
The purchased product must be in its original condition and complete. We will also check this before we process the refund. If the product is not returned in its original condition, we will charge you a fee.
Upon receipt of the return, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If it meets the requirements, we will refund the full amount within a few business days.
Email contact@lzwin.de to inform us about the return. Please provide your order number.
Warranty Period
LZWING Trading warranty provisions and customer service apply only to new products from LZWIN Trading B.V purchased through the official LZWIN Trading B.V website. For purchases from authorized dealers or distributors, please contact them directly for customer service.
New Products: We offer a limited warranty of 2 years for new products and accessories purchased from LZWIN Trading B.V.
Replacement Device: The warranty starts from the original purchase date and is extended by the number of days the product is not with the buyer for warranty repairs.
